Get Clear about the Purpose (the Mission) for your organization MEANS can put your mission statement into action by linking distinct organizational goals.

Every non-profit organization must have a mission statement. It describes the purpose for which your organization exists. Without a clear mission, you will drift off course. Your mission is your goal- your reason for being. To carry out your mission, you must be an effective advocate. MEANS will help you develop advocacy tactics and objectives. All of these will be part of your strategic plan.
